To ensure that progression is fair, transparent, and achievable, we have developed our squads to provide a clear pathway for development. The squad structure allows us to apply well-defined criteria for squad movement based on a combination of technical ability, training commitment, performance in competitions, and coach assessments.
We believe this is a fair system that rewards hard work and dedication and allows swimmers to see a clear roadmap for their development.
